My first purchase from Hutch Mountain was most interesting

The US Postal Service notified me that my Hutch Mountain order could not be delivered due to an incomplete address, which proved to be false. And then, they delivered it several days later in a USPS apology envelope indicating their regret for the damage during its handling by the Postal Service, which also proved to be false. The envelope had clearly been cut open by a postal worker, whether on purpose or for inspection purposes. Fortunately, after contacting HM, a very concerned Dwight was able to confirm I had received all the parts needed for this switch to be installed. I enjoyed working with a real person who actually cared, and not someone from a third-party customer service location. I also told my son about parts HM had available for his generator, and he immediately ordered a butane conversion kit from them, so obviously I'm very happy with the personal attention and follow-up provided to me.
